HNML is a non-vegetarian Hindu meal in the QSAI definition. For Indian-style vegetarian food, request AVML (or VJML / VGML if you avoid dairy).

Lamb, goat, fish, poultry, eggs, rice, legumes, dairy, South Asian spices.

Usually excludes

Beef, veal, pork, and raw or smoked fish (per QSAI Hindu non-vegetarian definition).

    Usually at least 24 hours. Some cities need 32 hours; Bengaluru, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Delhi need 56 hours. Kosher needs 56 hours.
