    How to cook it

    1. Cook dried pasta in water with salt.
    2. Simmer canned tomatoes with garlic and olive oil.

    • Do not finish with Parmesan.
    • Check pasta for egg in the ingredients.
    • Skip creamy dressings on the salad.

Questions

Do I need special ingredients?
No. These menus use pantry staples. The important part is oil instead of butter or ghee, and vegetable stock.
What if I mess up once?
Say so kindly and offer fruit, bread, or a labeled plant option. Guests usually appreciate honesty.
